  • My physical office is in Frisco, TX at the Caddo Office Reimagined-Frisco Westridge.

  • You will receive paperwork to complete prior to your important via Simple Practice. You will then be texted/emailed an appointment link 10 mins prior to your online session.

  • Yes! I offer both virtual and in person sessions for your convenience.

  • 60 minute intake session: $175

    45-50 minute session: $150

  • In the intake, you can expect to review paperwork and provide any additional information to your therapist. From there, we can collaboratively figure out for your treatment goals. Feel free to bring any questions or concerns up at this time!

  • A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) shows the cost of services that are reasonably expected for your health care services. A copy can be found at the bottom of the page.
